Hammered grass Printing and Remembrance:

A Conversation Across Time

ellie_yx320

The "Imprints·Eternity" graduation project takes hammered grass printing, an intangible cultural heritage of China, as a medium to create immersive installation art. Originating from the remembrance of my grandfather's passing, it uses the unique technique of hammering plants to leave traces of life and memories. This project combines the significance of cultural inheritance, emotional expression, and artistic innovation, exploring how traditional techniques interpret life, memory, and legacy in the contemporary era.
