Memory’s Echo
People are often instantly transported back to specific moments and scenes by certain sounds. Inspired by the powerful memory-triggering effect of sound, this project allows users to generate precise and vivid audio scenes by simply entering their current age, the age at which the memory occurred, the location of the memory, and a few keywords. The AI first takes into account the user’s era and regional context to craft a richly detailed sound description, then converts that description into real audio, recreating the sound environment of the user’s memory.
