As society increasingly integrates AI into everyday life and industries, we must ask: should we trust AI to take over areas that rely on human creativity and skill? Or can it ever truly replicate them? Our growing dependence is diminishing originality, intuition, and the essence of lived experience. 

This project examines the limitations of artificial intelligence in interpreting and recreating authentic human expression. I’m using crayons as the medium—symbolizing individuality, spontaneity, and the physical imprint of human touch (after use)—it highlights aspects AI cannot genuinely mimic. Render Bias Crayon Box is a collection of crayon boxes, which are speculative artifacts that explore the future impact of AI on manufacturing and technology. Through this visual exploration, the work critiques technology’s failure to grasp the subtleties of human experience, inviting reflection on the future balance between innovation and authenticity.
