
Lost In Transit
The game portrays an absurd protagonist that progresses through a tightly scheduled series of connecting flights. However, once the protagonist misses a flight or decides to take another, the environment shifts to a more surreal and unfamiliar tone. Upon progression, the player encounters environments such as hallways that loop, labyrinthian passenger gates, and the backside of the luggage carousel. The game aims to spatially and interactively convey the feeling of slowly coming to existential lucidity. Conscious or not, we all embody a pre-understanding of our essences to some degree. The game recognizes the ‘bad faith’ within the common formula of games and in extension hopes to question the players’.
