Human touch is the physical connection through which people share warmth, comfort, and empathy. In an increasingly disconnected world, where loneliness and isolation are on the rise, touch serves as a powerful remedy. It has been shown to reduce anxiety, lower stress levels, and enhance overall mental well-being. The absence of meaningful touch is deeply felt, yet often overlooked. My aim is to raise awareness about this growing loss and to inspire a reconnection through touch — to recreate, capture, and encourage it as an essential part of human experience and emotional health. Touch, after all, speaks when words fall short.
