Moving like the Wheel
This project is rooted in movement, transformation, and transcendence of accepted norms. Challenging the conventional understanding of the wheel—not by reinvention, but by optimisation to reach new realms of performance and adaptability. Throughout this work, mechanisms from different fields are reimagined, given new identities and purposes, challenging traditionality. Unconventionally blending forms, movements, and aesthetics the project invites viewers to question the layers behind familiar designs—to see beyond function and explore the philosophies embedded within. It is not simply a study in engineering, but a reflection on how design, when thoughtfully
reinterpreted, can breathe new life into timeless principles.
