The Strange Corners Where Dreamers Live
‘it is this life which is a mixture of something purely fantastic , fervently ideal, and at the same time [...] dully prosaic and ordinary, not to say - incredibly vulgar. [...] You’ll hear that in these corners live strange people - dreamers.’ -White Nights - Fyodor Dostoyevsky
A documentation of dreamers' favourite pockets of London. Using photography, textiles, and filmmaking to investigate and archive Richards Sennots design theory that states that disorder in cities breeds communities. This project aims to ask who are the dreamers and what do the environments that create them look like.
